Miyabi 800 DP Kiritsuke 24cm + free blade guard !

The knives stand out from the original damask with a unique spark pattern. The hard steel (61 HRC Rockwell) is protected by 48 layers of softer stainless steel. As you would expect from Miyabi, this knife is razor sharp right out of the box thanks to the manual Honbazuke sharpening technique.

The handle is made from a combination of plastic and stainless steel. Two rivets ensure that the handle cannot come loose. The knife is beautifully finished with a mosaic pin in the side and two gold lines running across the back and belly of the handle.

We are fans of the 800DP series for their sharpness, beautiful design and price. They are certainly not cheap knives, but if you compare them to other brands, you would expect them to be much more expensive. Highly recommended
