The Güde X900/10 utility knife has been not only the all-rounder among kitchen knives for 40 years now, but also a true classic. The blade of the Güde Alpha Olive utility knife is made of special stainless steel. The fine serration makes the knife extremely sharp and the hollow grind gives it exceptional cutting properties. The very robust handle made of 500 year old wood of the olive tree gives the Güde utility knife an extremely noble appearance. Not dishwasher safe. The handle should only be wiped damp, the oil contained in the wood could react with the metal of the blade.
