MIYABI 6000MCT Santoku,18 cm + free blade guard!
The SANTOKU from Miyabi has a hardness of approx. 63 Rockwell and is suitable for cutting meat, fish and vegetables. The dark wooden handle lies well in the hand thanks to its ergonomic shape and allows effortless progress. The blade convinces with its pattern as well as its cutting, durable and robust properties.
The manufacturer has paid attention to an authentic Japanese blade profile, which was decorated with hammered look. The core of the knife is made of MicroCarbide, with two more layers of steel surrounding it. A double-sided grind and the Honbazuke trigger of the blade optimize the sharpness of the 18 cm long SANTOKU from Miyabi.
The dark handle is made of sturdy Cocobolo Pakka wood. A gooseneck-like curved handle allows for easy work. In addition, there is an individual weight balance within the handle, so that easy cutting is possible without much force. With the SANTOKU of the MIYABI 6000MCT series, a fast, clean and precise cut is possible. This product brings a high quality with Japanese design to you and will be used often.

Blade core made of MicroCarbide powder steel MC63, which is embedded in 2 layers of steel. This ensures a hardness of approx. 63 Rockwell. (Internationally used unit of measurement for hardness).
CRYODUR® ice-hardened blades are especially cutting, corrosion resistant and have best blade flexibility.
Authentic Japanese blade profile with a tsuchime look (hammered surface).
The blade is honed on both sides with an ultra-sharp Honbazuke trigger for tremendous sharpness.
Dimensionally stable Cocobolo Pakka Wood handle for perfect balance, high comfort and fatigue-free cutting with all cutting techniques; noble look with dark wood optics.
