Fast, precise and safe cutting with sharp blades: With little force and quick cuts, preparation is as much fun as cooking and eating. The knife sharpener TWINSHARP helps with regular use to always have a sharp blade. For sharpening, the blade is simply inserted directly in front of the handle and pulled through to the tip with pressure. The TWINSHARP is equipped with two modules for this purpose: The first slot contains stainless steel discs for basic sharpening, which gently remove slight damage to the blade. The blade can then be pulled through the second module: The ceramic discs provide fine grinding and can prevent dull blades when used regularly, even without the first module. The preset angle makes the knife sharpener from ZWILLING the ideal tool for professionals but also beginners who are not yet ready for a sharpening steel or a sharpening stone.
