My first knife - the TWINNY children's knife from ZWILLING was developed to teach children the proper use of a knife in an age-appropriate way. The children's knife can be used from the age of 3, but always under adult supervision, and was therefore specially designed for children's hands. The blade of the high-quality children's knife is rounded to provide more safety when learning to cut. The kitchen knife for children in a beautiful shade of red comes with a matching hand and finger guard, which can be used to securely hold the food to be cut and easily guide the knife along it. Made of sturdy plastic and equipped with locking points for use on both sides, the finger guard also serves as a storage sheath and blade protector for the knife. This allows the knife to be stored safely.
